Wayne J. Archambo, CFA – General Partner, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Archambo founded Monarch Partners Asset Management LLC in January 2010. He is the lead portfolio manager and equity analyst on all three investment strategies. Prior to starting Monarch Partners, Mr. Archambo was a Lead Portfolio Manager and Managing Director with Blackrock, Inc. Mr. Archambo served across the organization as:

• Portfolio Manager at BlackRock Advisors, LLC.
• Managing Director, Head of Small & Mid Cap Value Equity

Prior to joining BlackRock in 2002, Mr. Archambo was a Founding Partner and Manager of Boston Partners Asset Management. During his tenure, he was responsible for the development and management of over $1.3 billion of small cap value assets and $1.5 billion of mid cap value assets for 50 institutional clients. Mr. Archambo was also a Member of Boston Partners' Equity Strategy Committee and Advisory Committee. From 1989 to 1995, he was Senior Vice President and a Member of the Equity Policy Group at The Boston Company Asset Management, Inc. He launched the firm's small cap value product in 1992 and the mid cap value product in 1993. Prior to joining The Boston Company, Mr. Archambo spent six years as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst for Boston-based Systematic Investors. He is a Member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Nichols College and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
